Agora

Your book club deserves better than a group chat.

The current book, the next date, and who is coming — kept somewhere they do not scroll away. Plus the one thing a chat cannot do: discussion that will not spoil the ending.

No password to remember — we email you a link. Nothing to pay.

Spoiler-safe threads

Every thread is pinned to a point in the book. If you are not that far, you see that a conversation exists and nothing of what it says — not even its title, because “Why she leaves” gives away that she leaves.

The date, and who is coming

One diary, host rotation that suggests whose turn it is, and a calendar feed your phone subscribes to. Calling a meeting off does not lose ten people's answers.

Choosing the next book, fairly

Everyone puts one forward, everyone ticks every book they would happily read, the most-ticked wins. No “no” votes, so nobody has to explain the method twice.

A record that adds up

What you read, what you rated it, how many pages the club got through, and whose picks land best. The part a chat loses first.

No public clubs yet

Clubs are private until they choose otherwise. Yours can be the first — or stay invisible, which is the default.

How getting in works

There is no password. You type your email, we send you a link, you click it — that proves the address and signs you in at the same time, so there is nothing to verify afterwards and nothing to reset when you forget it. One click per device, not per week.
